Information Processed When You Use Sapadelo

Technical request information. When your browser requests Sapadelo, our hosting and delivery providers process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as the requested URL, IP address, browser or device information and request time.

Location information. If you explicitly choose Near me, your browser may provide precise coordinates after applying its permission policy. We use those coordinates only to find and rank nearby venues for that search. For driving-distance calculations, our backend sends the coordinates rounded to four decimal places and the venue coordinates to Mapbox without account or analytics identifiers. When you open Search without a query, Cloudflare may provide an approximate country, city and coordinates derived from the request's IP address so our server can prepare nearby venue suggestions. Only the display label and suggested venues are returned to the browser. Sapadelo doesn't save precise or approximate coordinates between sessions. Preview analytics contain only the preview mode and result count, without an IP address, coordinates or city.

Email correspondence. If you choose to contact Sapadelo, including through a pre-filled club claim email, we receive the information you include in your message and use it to respond to you.

Analytics and Your Choice

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site traffic and performance independently of the optional Google Analytics setting.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept Analytics. If enabled, it measures page views and selected interactions such as Search, Near me, booking, WhatsApp and call clicks. Search terms are sanitized, and obvious email- or phone-like values are replaced with [redacted] before they are sent. Coordinates are never sent to Google Analytics.

You can reject Analytics or change your choice later through Analytics preferences in the footer.

Cookies and Local Storage

Sapadelo stores your Analytics choice in your browser's local storage. If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies. Necessary delivery and security technologies remain active regardless of your Analytics choice.

Third-Party Services

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site, stores venue media, provides Web Analytics and may provide approximate IP-derived location for Search suggestions. Hetzner hosts Sapadelo's application and database infrastructure.

Google provides Google Analytics only after Analytics consent. Mapbox powers interactive maps and receives rounded coordinates for requested driving-distance calculations.

Data Retention

Sapadelo does not persist precise or approximate visitor coordinates. Email correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the conversation and related operations. Provider analytics and technical data follow the applicable provider settings and retention periods. Data removed from the live database may remain in rotating server backups until those backups are automatically replaced.

Privacy Requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information connected to your correspondence or use of Sapadelo by contacting us at the email below. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records and verify the request.

Children's Privacy

Sapadelo is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Sapadelo evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do and, for significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.
