Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sapadelo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Sapadelo Is Today

Sapadelo is a discovery platform for padel clubs, courts and resorts in supported countries. We help you find venues, view their courts, opening hours and indicative pricing, and find contact or external booking options.

When you book a court, you do so directly with the club — by WhatsApp, phone, or the club's own booking link. Sapadelo doesn't process payments or bookings, and we're not a party to any booking or transaction you make with a club.

Club Claim Emails

If you use the pre-filled email link to contact Sapadelo about a club, you must provide accurate information and only represent a business or person when you are authorized to do so. Sending an email does not create an account, ownership relationship or right to manage a profile.

Prohibited Conduct

When using Sapadelo, you agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated requests, send false or fraudulent correspondence, impersonate a business or person, or use the site for illegal or infringing activity.

Intellectual Property

Sapadelo's branding, design and software are our property. Club and business names, logos and photos remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Sapadelo is provided "as is." We do our best to keep club information accurate, but we can't guarantee that venue information, pricing or other details are always up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for issues arising from your interactions or bookings with clubs, which happen outside our platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Sapadelo evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do and, for significant changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
